WP&E Technologies recently had the privilege of participating in the 36th Annual Produced Water Conference in Houston, a key gathering for industry leaders, operators, and engineers focused on advancing produced-water treatment technologies.
Our CEO, Harikrishnan Parthasarathy, took the stage to present WP&E’s proprietary electro-oxidation platform, sharing live field performance data that illustrates its effectiveness in tackling some of the most persistent challenges in water treatment, specifically the removal of water-soluble organics (WSOs) and chemically stabilized emulsions.
Unlike many conventional systems, our solution is designed to directly address the root causes of emulsion stability. By breaking down surfactant barriers, WP&E’s technology restores separation efficiency, improves downstream flotation and filtration, and helps operators achieve both discharge and re-injection compliance. Continuous field data from both offshore and onshore operations demonstrates measurable improvements, proving that the platform is not just innovative in theory, but reliable and scalable in real-world deployments.
The conference provided an invaluable opportunity to engage with operators, engineers, and industry experts. These conversations sparked thoughtful discussions about the challenges and opportunities in produced-water treatment, reinforcing the importance of scalable, field-validated solutions like ours.

In addition to our presentation, WP&E Technologies was proud to serve as a coffee sponsor, creating informal opportunities for attendees to connect, exchange ideas, and discuss technical challenges in a relaxed setting. These interactions highlighted the collaborative spirit of the industry and the shared commitment to improving produced-water treatment outcomes.
We extend our thanks to all the attendees who connected with us during the conference. The enthusiasm and engagement we experienced reinforce our mission: to drive more effective, scalable, and sustainable solutions for produced-water treatment.
As the industry continues to evolve, WP&E Technologies remains committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in water treatment, leveraging data-driven insights and real-world results to help operators achieve consistent, reliable performance while supporting environmental compliance.
